Hi I believe that in Bogota, Colombia sustainable consumption is really good idea.  Sustainable consumption in Bogota would be the following, first we would have to do something with the people that lack economical resources. For example I think that all the food that is not used at restaurants you should give it to the poor people. Then I think like Colombia has many natural resources they should be able to sustain it self. When you have so many rivers you should be able to make one river just for comercial use. You would have to first clean the river( grab all fishes/animals and send them to a similar environment) and then use that river to go to a artificial lake. This river would be really dirty but that would be better because you would only have 1 dirty river instead of 100. Also I would divided grasslands threw years for example use one field one year and then other one the next year and then you should go back to the old field that has already grown.
